Last Monday, February 5, was the 100th day of school. All of our prek 4, kinder, and first grade students were invited to participate. I set up the library with seven to ten stations, depending on the grade level, and students rotated every 5 minutes to each station. The students had so much fun! We had a variety of activities including; jumping from each square on the story rug counting to 100, making bracelets with beads and each bead representing 10, rolling a dice to practice using tally marks, stamping 5 objects in a box to make 100, counting the bookshelves to make 100, and more. It was a successful learning day!
